Job Title: Talent Acquisition Trainee from Gemalto 1. Main Mission:l Reporting to HR Head of a Unit, the candidate main mission is to support in important HR worldwide project initiatives. It encompasses the organization and co-ordination of best practices/ tools to be shared with worldwide HR teams across regions. 2. Main Responsibilities: l Project Co-ordination to ensure successful roll out of programs and initiativesl Coordinate project task forces for meeting, taking minutes and arrangement of all logistics.l Participation in collection of research data in relation to project.l Assist in preparation of Presentation and analytic statistics related to the project.l Other tasks: Carry on other tasks assigned. 3. Main Requirements: l The incumbent must be Technology Savvy. Proficient in MS Office Applications:Excel, PowerPoint.l A good team player and ability to work under pressure on challenging schedulel Capability to learn fast, meticulous and Good organization skilll Competent in Project Managementl Analytic and have a passion for Research.l Proficient in Oral & Written English
