HR Intern - HR Marketing and Employee Engagement
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of BMW China HR marketing & Employee Engagement initiatives, with work content including but not limited to project design, internal process handling, communication with related internal and external parties (such as company counterparts, vendors and cooperation university contacts) and event/process management in the following sectors:
1. Online: BMW China career portals, campus portals, BMW China intranet, etc.
2. Internal & external event: employee activities, job fairs, campus events, etc.
3. Communication: advertisements, reports, university relationship management, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
- Student from a renowned university, living in Beijing and graduating later than 2015 July.
- Working 5 days a week for continuously 6 months.
- High proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Advanced skills of interpersonal communication, teamwork and self-management.
- Previous relevant project management experience is preferred.
- Previous internship experiences in multinational company is preferred.
- Driving experience is preferred.
