1. Coordinate and implement initiatives and projects in the areas of building energy efficiency, green building, urban smart growth, and low carbon urban planning (hereafter “the scope of work”);

2. Prepare proposals, reports and communication materials within the scope of work, in

English and/or Chinese as required;

3. Help the Director of China Sustainable Cities Project in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key Chinese and international organizations;
