Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team in China region for the semiconductor category
- Align category strategy with supply chain and business requirements
- Execute effective supplier negotiations and event driven cost reductions to meet annual cost reduction goals
- Responsible to manage and make decisions on aspects of the global supplier relationship including contracts, commercial/pricing, supply assurance and conflict resolution
- Develop and execute category strategies through alignment with company International business units, engineering, quality, manufacturing activities
