Responsibilities:
- Perform cashier work and be responsible for handling payment matters for our clients;
- Independently prepare all required documents such as T/T, cheques and foreign currency conversion form;
- Maintain cash book and cheque register as per company"s internal procedure for assigned clients;
- Assistance in banking and treasury matters to support engagement team;
- Maintain good working relationship with banks;
- Cooperate with senior person for client information filing & bookkeeping supporting filing.
Requirements:
- College degree in accounting or above;
- Some accounting qualification will be an advantage;
- Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork;
- Must be mature and demonstrate initiative;
- Attention to details and can follow instructions carefully;
- At least 2-3 years working experiences, Familiar with PRC GAAP and tax regulation;
- YongYou experience will be plus;
- Able to work in fast pace environment and to sustain pressure;
- Strong PC skills include: Windows, MS Office;
- Good command of spoken and written English.
